Guarantee and Refund Policy:
A (20%) restocking fee will be charged for all returned orders except those items Damaged During the Shipping Process. All standard products come with a 30-day, money-back guarantee for a new and unopened product based on the delivery date as provided by the shipper. To receive a refund, please contact our customer support team at service@bumblebwell.com or through the contact page. They will provide you with shipping instructions and a return authorization (RA) number. 30 days after delivery all product sales are considered final.
Returning Unused, Sealed Product
Refunds will be issued for products which can be returned to our warehouse unused and still in their original sealed condition. Instructions on returning the product will be given you at that time. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Any Refunds due will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of product return to Bumble B. Well, and it will be made to the same payment method used for the order. In order to be eligible for a return or refund for any reason, the product must be returned within 30 days from original order date.
Product Quality Complaint
If for any reason the product which you receive is defective due to manufacturing issues, please contact our office as soon as possible. You will be offered with an option for a full refund of that product or the option to have a replacement product shipped to you at no cost. Any refunds due will be processed within 5-7 business days from the time of notification and will be made to the same payment method used for the order. Product quality complaint must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Natural Raw Honey will crystallize over time and is still perfectly normal. Damage During Shipping
We utilize USPS to ship our products. Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. All of our products are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon receipt to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. The outer carton of the shipment will always receive some amount of wear and tear, but there are situations where the damage is severe enough to cause damage to the contents of the box, such that the product has become unusable. In these cases, please place your claim for damaged product within 72 hours of receipt. Please contact us and provide detailed information and photographs if possible related to the product damaged during shipping. Bumble B. Well will either issue a refund for that product, or provide a replacement shipment per your request. Any refunds due will be processed within 5 business days from the time of notification and will be made to the same payment method used for the order. We currently ship to US residents only. Other countries are coming soon.
